Our Consignor Agreement.

Please read before scheduling a Drop-Off Appointment. We reserve the right to deny appointments that do no follow these guidelines. 

 

Booking Online: Your drop-off appointment can range from 15-30 minutes because we go through your items when you drop off and we return anything we do not accept before you leave so please plan accordingly. If the calendar shows no available times, we are completely booked for the month. We do get cancellations, and any newly available slots will immediately reopen for booking.

Drop-off Rules:

  • You can book one appointment per week. If you book more than one, the second appointment will be canceled.

  • You may drop-off items in a tote, box, or container 18 gallons or smaller. Bags are no longer accepted. A maximum of TWO 18-gallon totes, boxes, or containers is allowed per drop-off. This does exclude any larger items you are bringing in like toys.

  • Your items must be clean and freshly washed. No holes, tears, stains, pet hair, or smoke odor.

  • All toys and equipment must be wiped clean with working batteries, where applicable. Items sold that are not in working condition will result in a 15% penalty on your account.

  • QUALITY MATTERS; NOT QUANTITY.

  • Please bring only items for the current season. You can find our seasonal schedule below. Out-of-season clothing will be purchased for $0.10 per item.

  • You are responsible for picking up your tote, box, or container of unaccepted items. We will notify you when it is ready. If it is not picked up within two weeks, it will be donated.

Missed Appointments and Cancellations:

  • You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

  • If you do not show up or cancel after the 24-hour limit, you will be considered a no-show. In this event, we will charge your account a $5 fee each time you are a no-show.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show.

  • If you have an unforeseen circumstance preventing you from making your appointment, please text us at (910) 571-4261.

  • If you miss more than two appointments, we will no longer be able to accept appointments from you for 90 days.


 

Consignment Payouts and Returns

 

  • All consignors have two payout options:

    • Receive 50% of your sales as in-store credit.

    • Receive 40% of your sales as a cash payout.

  • To change your payout option, you must first use your entire current balance.

  • We do not give you money on the spot for your items.

  • It is your responsibility to follow up with us to cash out your account on the third or fourth Saturday of each month. This is the only time payouts will occur, unless otherwise approved by the owner. We issue payouts by check or electronic payment.

  • We require a 24-hour notice to cash out a balance greater than $100.

  • If a balance is not cashed out within three months, the funds will be donated to the business.


 

The Fine Print

 

  • The consignment term for all items is 90 days.

  • Items not sold after 90 days will be discounted and sold at our discretion. Any expired items not picked up after the 90-day period will be donated.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen products.

  • Items purchased online must be picked up within 30 days of the purchase date or they will be returned to the sales floor without a refund.

  • We do not accept large equipment or furniture, such as cribs, dressers, or changing tables.

  • Consignors with zero items in their account will be considered inactive.

  • This agreement replaces any prior understandings, whether written or oral.

Seasonal Schedule:

  • Spring: Begins January 1st

  • Summer: Begins April 1st

  • Fall: Begins August 1st

  • Winter: Begins October 1st
